About Project AI Regeneration

For businesses that
actually work.

Most AI companies are tech bros pitching to other tech bros. We're not. We're a small UK team building AI for businesses of any size — the people who actually keep this country running.

"Did anyone call while I was with a customer?"

That's the question my dad asked himself every single day for 20 years. He spent two decades in the car industry — selling, fixing, running forecourts, dealing with customers face-to-face. Phones ringing while he was mid-test-drive, mid-deal, mid-conversation. Most of those calls? Lost.

For 20 years the story was the same: missed calls, lost customers, no clue how much money was walking out the door.

I'm 20 now. Grew up watching it happen. The average UK business misses 5–10 calls a week — at the kind of margins my dad was working with, that's tens of thousands a year gone. And it's not just car dealers — the local coffee shop, the plumber, the salon owner — every small business in the UK is bleeding time and money to admin and missed enquiries. Most don't even know it's happening.

Meanwhile I'd got into building websites and AI systems. And I realised: the tech that big companies pay six figures for — AI receptionists, smart automation, custom dashboards — could absolutely be built for normal UK businesses, at prices that make sense for a one or two-person operation.

The problem? Nobody was building it for them. Tech firms chase enterprise contracts. Marketing agencies sell pretty websites that don't catch a single missed call. The businesses that built this country were getting ignored.

"So Dad and I decided to build it ourselves — for him, and for everyone like him."

That's Project AI Regeneration. Six services, transparent pricing on the call (not buried on a webpage), built for any UK business that wants to work smarter. No tech-speak. No bull. Just AI tools that actually pay for themselves.

How we work

Four principles.

01

Speak plainly

No "synergistic AI-driven solutions." We say plumber, we say missed call, we say money. If we wouldn't say it down the pub, we don't say it on a sales call.

02

Don't sell what we can't deliver

Set up in 48 hours means set up in 48 hours. We'd rather quote a longer timeline and beat it than overpromise and miss.

03

Pay for itself or it's wrong

Every system we build has to pay for itself — in jobs won, time saved, or money kept. If you're not making (or saving) money from us, we're doing it wrong.

04

UK first

Built for UK businesses. UK English. UK postcodes. UK regulations. UK working hours. Hosted in the UK. CTPS-compliant from day one.

Why we focus where we do

A market
that's been ignored.

Tech companies chase venture-backed startups. We chase the builder in the white van, the cafe owner doing 6am deliveries, the salon owner answering DMs at 11pm. Here's why.

5.5m

UK small businesses

Over 99% of UK businesses are small or medium-sized. Most have never had access to the AI tools big companies take for granted — until now.

87%

Are sole traders or small firms

Businesses that don't have an IT department, can't afford an enterprise contract, but lose serious money to missed calls and inefficient admin.

£170B

UK trades sector alone

One of the largest single sectors in the country. Plus hospitality, retail, automotive, beauty — all sectors full of independent operators we can help.
